Rob has spent years investing in and studying Bitcoin, developing expertise in digital assets, Bitcoin mining infrastructure, and long-term asset accumulation while building a portfolio of real estate and income-producing assets.
Rob Margheim combines extensive real estate experience, sales leadership, financial market knowledge, and operational execution across multiple industries, with a strong focus on long-term asset ownership and platform growth.
Raised in West Fargo, North Dakota, Rob developed an early appreciation for disciplined work ethic, entrepreneurship, and relationship-driven business development. He later served seven years in the North Dakota National Guard as Security Forces while also earning an Associate degree in Criminal Justice through the United States Air Force.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sales and Marketing from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota, along with a minor in Computer Science Information Systems. The combination of sales, technology, and operational problem-solving continues to influence his approach toward business development and long-term strategic planning.
Over the course of his career, Rob has accumulated more than 20 years of sales experience and more than 14 years in real estate. During that time, he has personally sold more than 600 homes, developing deep expertise in real estate operations, negotiations, client relationships, market analysis, and long-term asset acquisition.
Rob previously held FINRA Series 7, Series 66, Series 6, and Series 63 licenses, along with an insurance license. While those licenses are currently inactive, the experience provided a strong foundation in financial products, investment strategy, client advisory relationships, and capital markets. He currently maintains his active real estate license.
In addition to real estate and development, Rob has spent years studying and investing in Bitcoin, digital assets, and Bitcoin mining infrastructure. Within Verazity Global, he focuses on real estate development, operational growth, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and long-term platform expansion across the broader Verazity ecosystem.
