Leads investor relations, capital formation, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives across the Verazity portfolio. Mike brings a financial planning background and has developed deep expertise in Bitcoin, digital assets, and long-term capital allocation, with a strong focus on identifying asymmetric investment opportunities and emerging market trends.
Mike Rydell brings more than two decades of experience across sales leadership, business development, investor communication, and relationship management. His background combines financial industry experience with long-term strategic thinking around capital allocation, emerging technologies, and digital assets.
Raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, Mike developed an early appreciation for disciplined work ethic, relationship-driven business culture, and long-term value creation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, where he also played collegiate football. The experience further reinforced the leadership, discipline, and team-oriented mindset that continues to shape his professional approach today.
Throughout his career, Mike has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in sales, sales management, and business development, helping lead growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and client relationship development across multiple industries.
Mike previously held FINRA Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24 licenses, providing him with a strong foundation in financial markets, investment products, regulatory environments, and investor communication. While those licenses are currently inactive, the experience continues to influence his disciplined approach toward capital markets and long-term investment strategy.

He has also developed extensive knowledge around Bitcoin, digital assets, and asymmetric investment opportunities, helping shape Verazity’s broader strategic vision across infrastructure and emerging market sectors.
