Raised in Glyndon, Minnesota, Jon developed a strong foundation centered around discipline, competition, long-term relationship building, and operational execution. He later attended North Dakota State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree while also competing as a member of the NDSU golf team.
Prior to helping lead Verazity Global, Jon accumulated more than 14 years of banking experience, developing expertise in financial operations, client relationships, capital management, and long-term business development. His banking background continues to influence Verazity’s disciplined approach toward growth, risk management, and capital allocation.
Jon also served four years in the United States Army, an experience that helped reinforce the accountability, leadership, and execution-focused mindset that remains central to his management philosophy today.
Outside of business, Jon has maintained a highly competitive golf background and is an six-time Moorhead Country Club Golf Champion, reflecting the consistency, discipline, and long-term focus that carry into his professional leadership style.
